2nd Tymz a Charm

2nd Tymz A Charm www.2ndTymzACharm.com A boutique feel without the boutique price! Our Mission 2nd Tymz A Charm was created with the needs of the community in mind; we cater to single parents and low income families. We wanted to separate our store from other consignment, resale and thrift stores by being able to offer the lowest price on high quality clothing and still have the ability to negotiate prices for our customers. We offer a boutique feel without the boutique price
