Counseling comes under the banner of talking therapy, which can help someone overcome difficulties and distress in their lives. I offer a confidential space in which to explore these difficulties in a non-judgmental way. I am trained in the psycho-dynamic approach, which involves exploring how past experiences are influencing the here and now. The hope is that someone will gain more insight into how these past experiences affect.
