Opened in August 2012, the Manila Bistro serves authentic Filipino and Asian Fusion cuisine in a family-friendly dining atmosphere. Our menu items include gourmet sandwiches and salads, traditional home favorites like Lumpia Manila or Lumpia Sariwa for appetizers, entrees of Pancit Bihon or Canton, Adobo (pork and chicken), Mechado (beef) along with specialty recipes prepared by Emilio Bombais, Head Chef. During the early 80's, renowned for opening the first Filipino themed restaurants, Manila
