The 2007 Balius Cabernet Sauvignon displays a rich, inky garnet color in the glass, while black currant, blackberry coulis, subtle floral, and loamy earth aromas envelop the nose. On the palate, the wine provides a seamless combination of black fruits, licorice, and toasted brioche. The tannins are smooth and very well integrated, and are supporting a structure that suggests Balius Cabernet will drink well for the next decade. 200 cases produced
