But immediately after installing Kopete on Ubuntu it does not support video chat. You should install other packages: sudo apt-get install libjasper-java libjasper-runtime libjasper-dev libjasper1 Kopete supports Yahoo video chat, but it seems not to support yahoo global chat rooms.
