Weight Loss Diary Thursday, June 30, 2005 Day 1 Weight Loss Diary I decided to start a diary of my weight loss progress to help keep me motivated (or maybe just complain a little bit).My most current weight loss attempt actually began in January 2005. I signed up at the gym and hired a personal trainer. I meet with him on M, W, F for one hour sessions. I also walk 5 days a week for one hour.
