Home About Me Pulled BBQ Chicken SandwichPublished August 26, 2012 This is one of my favorite sandwiches. The more popular version of it is the pulled pork version, but I believe most of the people feel more confortable dealing with chicken rather than pork (anyone mentioned kosher?). Also, this version is faster to make. As for the BBQ sauce, using a bottle of commercial BBQ sauce is probably easier and more convenient.
