I ran a 6:14. When I ran a 4:47 mile I weighed 135 pounds. Today I weigh'5, so if you add about 2 seconds per pound I guess that seems about right. Needless to say I got a lot of work to do. I am going to run 45 minutes to an hour for the next 1-2 weeks just to start getting back in
