Here at A Touch of Italy Deli we make everything from scratch on site. We have five pasta machines and a large six shelf bread oven where we cook all of our cakes, biscotti, cookies, pies, pizzas, breads, crostini and croutons. We hand cut all of our meats as well as make our own sausage. In our 40 gallon steam jacketed kettle, we make our veal stock.
