I woke up at 11:30 AM (as usual) and was having a lovely breakfast when my mom suggested we go shopping. good healthyadvice Monday, December 20, 2010 hearty breakfast! I usual don't eat breakfast, just lunch and dinner. This isn't a good habit, especially when work has long mornings and sometimes have to skip lunch. So I made a dish that easy to make and fill your belly through the morning. Fresh fruit in oatmeal.
