ES Foodie Friday, June 1, 2012 Pork Chop Mushroom Herbs Garlic Chop Ingredients : Pork - i bought the "loin" section Chicken stock - i boiled myself (half a bowl-small) White / Red Onions (sliced) Peppermint (chopped) Fresh rosemary + Parsley + Chives + Tarragon (chopped) Mushroom x 2 pcs (sliced) Tomato X 1 pcs (dice into cubes) 1 tbsp salted butter 3-4 cloves of garlic (finely chopped) Salt & black pepper To season the pork - A little salt + black pepper and add the rest of it
